    Payments: 

     All payments must be made in US dollars and drawn from a US Bank. We accept the following payments: Credit Cards within the USA, Bank to Bank Wire Transfer, and Cashier Checks. We don't accept international credit cards, buyers outside the United States must pay by a Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. In any event, we don't accept any personal checks or money orders.

    Return Policy:

    All of our watches are authentic and in perfect working condition. As members of the Inernational watch & Jewelry Guild and The National Watch & Clock Association we only offer authentic watches. If you are not fully satisfied with your watch due to mechanical malfunction you may return your watch for a full refund. Before shipping your watch you must first contact your support specalist for a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) which should be displayed on the outer box.  All sales on brand new watches and special customized Rolexs (i.e Dressyourwatch section) are final. If you choose to pay with paypal we will only ship to confirmed and verified members. Refunds are issued by the same method you paid within 7 to 10 business days.
     

    Rolex paperwork:

    Since we are not authorized dealers for Rolex, all of our brand new Rolex watches come with papers which are filled with a customer name and date. The watch (Rolex in this case) is brand new but the papers are not open. Warranty on brand new Rolex watches is only available from Dressyourwatch.com for 2 years.

     
    Dress Your Watch Section:
     
    All of the diamond accessories featured on the Dress-Your-Watch page are domestically set. Domestically set simply means we have had our professional jewelers personally set all precious stones.
     
    Availability:

    Watches displayed for sale may have already been purchased. Availability is updated as often as possible. If a watch displayed as available when the order was placed, but we no longer have it in stock, we will inform you of this fact and your credit card will not be charged.
    Price is based on retail price and availablity at the time of the posting. The major brands watch companies increase the retail price a few times per year. We try to update pricing as soon as we are notified of retail price increase, however, if there was a very recent increase, prices might not reflect right away.
