Warranty Policy
Dressyourwatch.com warranties all watches to be brand new/unused (unless otherwise specified), genuine, and free of defects. Since the manufacturer's warranty that is included in the box is not endorsed by an authorized retailer, warranty coverage is provided by Dressyourwatch.com. Dressyourwatch.com`s Limited Warranty is in effect for two years (for new/unused watches) or one year (for certified pre-owned watches) from the date of purchase on all watches unless otherwise specified.
Dressyourwatch.com employs a team of highly qualified and experienced watchmakers, and will do our best to expedite your repair. Dressyourwatch.com`s Limited Warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement. This warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship only. Dressyourwatch.com Limited Warranty does not cover the watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, or finishes and polishing. Damage arising from use that exceeds the manufacturer's specifications for water resistance is not covered. The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, and/or accidental or intentional misuse or abuse. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Dressyourwatch.com will void this warranty. All items are offered on a first-come, first served basis, and prices listed are subject to change.
